About

I am an artist and educator based in Malden, MA. My current work explores the connection between humans and nature through collage, sculpture and interactive community-based projects. I earned B.A.s in Art History and Studio Art from University of Chicago, and received an M.Ed. in Art Education from Lesley University. I have been a teaching artist at Eliot School of Fine and Applied Arts and ARCK Boston, and in 2015 I founded Dorchester Art Project, an artist-run studio and gallery space in the Fields Corner neighborhood of Boston. I currently teach ELL at SCALE (Somerville Center for Adult Learning Experiences). I live in Malden with my wife Tina and daughter Zadie, where we enjoy inventing machines and making potions.
